Benina Medina (b. 1930) was known for her traditional style of Zia pottery.  This open bowl is coil-built and made from traditional Zia clay.  The interior is fully polished. The exterior has a rain design. The bowl is signed, “B. Medina”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
