Charmae Natseway is known for her exceptional painted pottery and the use of distinctive forms. This jar has four flat sides. Each is painted with a different design. One side has a Mimbres Turtle, the other a Mimbres bear westler. The areas above and below are highlighted with clay colors. The opposite two sides have geometric patterns with fine-line and dots near the top. There is a white flat tab style clay lid. It is a creative and interesting series of designs. It is signed on the bottom, “Charmae Natseway”. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.

The lid is also four-sided and painted black. It is a creative and interesting series of designs. It is signed on the bottom, “Charmae Natseway”. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
