Jerry Sisneros learned to make pottery from his mother, Olaria Sisneros. He was never prolific but created well-polished and intricately painted pieces. This bowl is round in shape and fully polished. It is painted red-on-red with sections of plant and cloud designs. It is a complicated design that encircles the bowl. The jar is signed on the bottom, “JMS”. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
