Kaa Folwell is one of the exciting young potters working today. She is a daughter of Polly Rose Folwell and a granddaughter of Jody Folwell. This is a creative interpretation of a Santa Clara water jar. The jar has a round body and a short neck. The rim is thin-walled. The jar’s surface has a mottled appearance and the shoulder is painted with a black-and-white geometric design. It has “Pueblo Swag” written in the lines on either side. Just a phenomenal piece!. It is signed on the bottom, “Kaa”. It is a beautiful balance of color, form, and design. We are excited to see more from this young potter!
