It is surrounded by pottery shard designs. All the different colors are from natural clay slips. It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Carolyn Concho”.

Carolyn Concho is well known for her beautifully painted pottery using Mimbres animals, reptiles, and insects. This seedpot has a Mimbres rabbit on the top. The ear of the rabbit is in relief. There is a butterfly on the rabbit with one wing in relief. The edges of the seedpot have fine-line designs. All the different colors are from natural clay slips. It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Carolyn Concho”.
