Alicia Kelsey Chino (b. 1979) is a daughter of noted potter Darla Davis and a granddaughter of Rachel JWhite.  She learned to make pottery from her mother.  She is known for her traditional style designs.  This seedpot is coi- built. The piece has a complex fine-line design in the center on the top, which is the center of the flower.  It is surrounded by red and black triangles creating the blossoming flower.  The design is complex and visually striking.  It is signed on the bottom, “A. Chino”.
