Georgia Patricio is a daughter of Lucy Juanico and a granddaughter of Joselita Ray and learned to make pottery from her mother.  Each piece is coil-built and patined with wild spinach and clay slips.  This jar has a high shoulder and a sloping neck.  The neck has lightning designs.  Around the shoulder is a band of rain and cloud patterns.  Below that is a checkerboard snow pattern.  Near the base is another row of rain and cloud designs.  It is a colorful and complicated jar with traditional designs.  It is signed on the bottom, “G. Patricio”.
