Tina Garcia was well known for her focus on traditional shapes and plainware Santa Clara pottery. This jar has an elegant shape with a high shoulder and turned-out rim. The entire piece is fully polished and fired a deep red coloration. It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Tina Garcia”. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
