This is a classic large seedpot by Rosemary Lonewolf. She learned to make pottery from her father, Joseph Lonewolf. This piece is fully polished and fired red. It has three realistic butterflies etched into the clay and their wings are highlighted with white clay. There are intricate flowers and a geometric rain design. The seedpot is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair. It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Apple Blossom”. While Rosemary no longer makes many traditional-style pieces of pottery, her miniatures remain a classic!
