Harrison Begay, Jr. has won numerous awards over the years for his deep-carved pottery. This jar was deeply carved and fired brown. There are clouds, stars and lightning designs. After the jar was fired, all the various designs were painted a variety of colors. The jar is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair. It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Harrison ’12”.
