Alicia Kelsey Chino (b. 1979) is a daughter of noted potter Darla Davis and a granddaughter of Rachel JWhite. She learned to make pottery from her mother. She is known for her traditional style designs. This seedpot is coil-built. The piece has a complex fine-line design in the center on the top. Extending outward are rounded designs as if a flower was dropped in the water and there are ripples extending outward. The design is complex and visually striking. It is signed on the bottom, “A. Chino”.
