Larry Antonio Chino (b. 1958) is a grandson of Mamie Torivio Ortiz and a son of Myrna Antonio. He began making pottery in the190s. This plate is entitled “Brothers Share in the Fire Ant Feast”. The plate has two horned lizards and a Mimbres lizards. They are at the mound of fire ants. The rim of the plate has a mountain pattern. The piece is signed, “L. A. Chino”. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
