This bowl by Sarena Ebelacker is deeply carved.  It has a cloud pattern carved and polished red.  There are additional flowing clouds carved into the bowl that are slipped with mica in contrast to the polished red. The remainder is fully polished red.  Sarena is a daughter of noted potter James Ebelacker, a granddaughter of Virginia Ebelacker and a great-granddaughter of Margaret Tafoya.  The bowl is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.  It is signed, “Sarena Ebelacker”.
