Paula Estevan is known for thin-walled and tightly painted pottery. This bowl is round in shape. It is fully painted with an “op-art” style design. It has a classic interlocking lightning design. Note how small the design is at the rim of the piece! The imagery goes from small at the rim to larger at the shoulder and then small again at the base. Paula has a wonderful ability to match the shape and designs of her work perfectly! The jar is signed on the bottom, “P. Estevan”. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.

Paula Estevan is known for thin-walled and tightly painted pottery. This jar has a wide shape which accentuates the “op-art” basket pattern. The weave lines are in black and white and spiral around the surface of the jar. The imagery goes from small at the rim to larger at the shoulder and then small again at the base. Paula has a wonderful ability to match the shape and designs of her work perfectly! The jar is signed on the bottom, “P. Estevan”.
