$ 600.00
Erik Fender is the son of Martha Appleleaf and the grandson of noted potter Carmelita Dunlap. Erik combines classic San Ildefonso imagery with his own creative style. This bowl is round in shape. It is fully polished with green clay and then painted with an avanyu. Near the base are sun, raincloud, and tadpole designs. The bowl was traditionally fired. It is signed on the bottom with his Tewa name, “Than Tsideh”.
