Jody Folwell is known for her creative pottery shapes and designs.  This small jar is from 1977.  It is carved with two butterflies that are each fully polished.   The wings are then etched with designs. The base is also fully polished.  The jar was traditionally fired.  It is signed on the bottom, “Jody”.   It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
