Kaa Folwell is one of the exciting young potters working today. This bowl is fully polished. Half of it is etched with four bees and the other half is painted with four bees. The ones that are etched are in the hive (and of course, the queen has on a crown!). The painted bees have a bit of sparkle to their wings. It is a creative bowl. It is signed, “Kaa Folwell”.

Kaa Folwell is a daughter of Polly Rose Folwell, a niece of Susan Folwell, and a granddaughter of Jody Folwell. She learned to make pottery from her mother and grandmother. Her innovative pottery is inspired by graphic and graffiti art. She is a young potter to watch!
