This is a larger piece by Gloria Garcia.  It is fully polished red and then incised with design.  There is a whole herd of five realistic antelope and they are highlighted with a white clay slip.  As the bowl is turned there are a group of five groundhogs.  In the sky is a matte red sun design with two birds etched as if they are flying in front.  Note that they are polished.  There is also a Pueblo sunface design with white accents.  It is a fully designed and complicated piece. The bowl is signed on the bottom, “Golden Rod”, which is Gloria’s name in Tewa.
