This plate by John Gonzales is from 1996.  John was well known for his plate and their intricately etched designs.  This plate is matte tan and etched with a flower design in the center.  There are cloud patterns near the rim. The background area is slipped with mica.  In the center is an inset of lapis, opal, and silver.  The plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.  It is signed on the back, “John Gonzales”.
