This is one of the few pieces signed made and signed only by Martha Haungooah.  Martha was typically known for making pottery for her husband, Art Cody Haungooah.  She liked to create miniatures and they are typically beautifully constructed and polished.  This jar is a classic shape with a low shoulder and no designs.  It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Martha Haungooah”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
