Marietta Juanico (b. 1964) is a daughter of Frances Concho and a sister of Norbert Patricio.  She learned to make pottery from her mother.  She is known for her traditional style pottery.  This jar has a very graphic pattern of interlocking flowers.  There are delicately painted fine-line patterns connecting the flower petals. It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “M. P. Juanico”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
