This is a classic style water jar by Eric Lewis.  It has a high shoulder and an elongated neck. The jar is fully painted with a “mystical deer”, which is nearly hidden in the design!  As the jar is turned there are large graphic areas meant to represent clouds and birds on the remainder of the jar.  The designs flow perfectly across the jar and emphasize the form. The jar is signed on the bottom, “Eric Lewis”.
