Greg Lonewolf is the son of Joseph Lonewolf and is known for his intricately incised miniatures.  This seedpot is one of his more detailed pieces. There is a realistic Belted Kingfisher on the top.  IT is holding a fish in its beak.  There is a blue flower design, along with a feather pattern near the base.  The piece is highly polished red and the designs were etched into the clay.  All the colors are from natural clay slips.  It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Greg Lonewolf”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
