Greg Lonewolf is the son of Joseph Lonewolf and is known for his intricately incised miniatures.  This seedpot is entitled, “Butterfly and Hummingbirds”. There is a large butterfly on one side and three hummingbirds on the remainder of the piece.  They are all realistically etched into the clay.  The top has a flower medallion and around the base is a feather and water design.  All the different colors are natural clay slips.   It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Gregory Lonewolf”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
