Greg Lonewolf is the son of Joseph Lonewolf and is known for his intricately incised miniatures.  This seedpot has a realistic rabbit on top.  The rabbit is surrounded by plants and a star.  On the side is a feather pattern and then near the base, a row of flowers.  There is a lot of detail for the size and lots of coloration!  The piece is highly polished red and the designs were etched into the clay.  All the colors are from natural clay slips.  It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Greg Lonewolf”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
