Greg Lonewolf is the son of Joseph Lonewolf and is known for his intricately incised miniatures.  This seedpot is entitled, “Hummingbirds”. There is a hummingbird on each side etched into the clay. They are separated by very intricately etched flowers. The colors on the flowers are unique with so many blues.  The design on top is a “Mimbres flower blossom” and near the base is a feather design.   All the different colors are natural clay slips.   It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Gregory Lonewolf”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.  It includes the artist’s “certificate of authenticity” with a description of the piece.
