This is a classic multi-color seedpot by Rosemary Lonewolf.  She learned to make pottery from her father, Joseph Lonewolf.  This piece has a large butterfly on one side.  The hummingbird is realistically designed.  The opposite side has a feather design swirling out from two flowers that are near the base.  All the various colors are different clay slips. which are added after the firing.  The seedpot is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.  It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Apple Blossom”.  While Rosemary no longer makes many traditional-style pieces of pottery, her miniatures remain a classic!
