Chris Martinez (b. 1968) is a son of Barbara and Manuel Martinez.  He learned to make pottery from his grandmother Flora Naranjo.  His siblings Sammy Naranjo and Vickie Martinez are also potters.  This bowl is fully polished and painted with a feather pattern on the top of the piece. It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Chris Martinez”.
