This is a detailed mini seedpot by Grace Medicine Flower.  It is from 1985.  It is fully polished and on the top is a scene etched into the clay.  There is a hummingbird, butterfly, and flowers.  Below the hummingbird is a spiraling old-style avanyu.  It is highly detailed and striking in appearance.  Interestingly, Grace would always etch her pottery before it was fired.  The piece is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Grace Medicine Flower”. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks restoration or repair.
