This seedpot by Grace Medicine Flower is from 1985.  It is fully polished and etched with designs before it was fired.  The central design is a hummingbird and iris.  Check out the detail and realism of the iris!  Between the polishing on the seedpot and the detail, it is some of her top work on this piece!  Next to the hummingbird is a small feather spiral.  On the back are another iris and feather pattern.  Near the base is a small etched medicine flower.  The entire piece is fully designed with exceptional detail.  The seedpot signed on the bottom in the clay, “Grace Medicine Flower”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks restoration or repair.
