Lois Medina was a daughter of noted potters Raphael and Sophia Medina.  This jar has a round shape and a short neck. On either side are Zia birds that are polished red.  Next to them are tan polished clouds.  Above the birds are red polished rainbows and thin-lined rain patterns.  Separating the birds are large prayer feather designs.  The jar is signed on the bottom “Lois Medina”.  The jar is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
