This water jar by Corn Moquino is black and sienna in coloration.  The piece was fully polished, and then etched with the design. There is an avanyu encircling the jar.  There are two quail, and a flute player around the avanyu.  The piece is highly polished and there are areas accented with sienna after the firing.  The jar is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Corn Moquino”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
