Nona Naha is a Tewa-Hopi of the Corn Clan who has been active in making pottery since 1988. She is the daughter of Sylvan and Edith Nash and the wife of Terry Naha. She learned to make pottery from Helen Naha and her daughters Sylvia and Rainy Naha.  This bowl is thin-walled and painted an eternity band around the rim. The sides have a large bird, turtle, butterfly, and lizard.  They are intricately painted with bee-weed and a red clay slip.  The bowl was traditionally fired.  It is signed on the bottom, “Nona Naha”.
