Verna Nahee (b. 1940) is a daughter of Ethel Youvella. This is a large coil-built jar that has a fluted rim. The neck is polished red. The body of the jar has cloud and bird designs painted with bee-weed. The jar was traditionally fired to create blushes on the surface. It is signed, “Verna Nahee”. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
