Les Namingha has, over the years, creatively changed his pottery with new painting and technical styles. This clay mask was made in 2005 for a show at Robert Nichols Gallery. The mask is a Mimbres inspired face and is painted with gold lusture and has white eyes. It is meant to be hung on a wall. The mask has a piece of turquoise and a pottery shard for the earrings. The mask is signed on the back, “Les Namingha”.
