Les Namingha has, over the years, created exciting variations in his pottery with new painting and technical styles. This is a new water jar.  It has a round body and an elongated neck.  The jar has a series of interconnected circles. The white circles are textured and they are surrounded by white.  Les said he wanted to create the idea of clouds in motion in the sky.  The result is a striking jar that relies on a simplicity of design and form.  The piece is signed on the bottom, “Les Namingha”.
