Les Namingha has, over the years, created exciting variations in his pottery with new painting and technical styles. This jar has a round body and a square neck.  It is painted with a mountain design on the neck.  Around the shoulder are swirling feather patterns.  Note as well the complexity fo the designs around the side of the bowl.  The coloration is strong yet “earthy” in black and brown.  The piece is signed on the bottom, “Les Namingha”.
