Dolly Naranjo is a daughter of Rose Naranjo and the mother of Jody Naranjo and Elijah Naranjo.  This jar is coil-built and has a tall, narrow shape with an indented rim.  The jar is fully stone polished.  It has two large deer etched into the surface of the clay.  As the jar is turned, there are lightning and mesa designs extending down the jar.  The piece was traditionally fired brown in coloration.  The jar is signed, “Dolly Naranjo” on the bottom.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
