Dolly Naranjo is a daughter of Rose Naranjo and the mother of Jody Naranjo and Elijah Naranjo.  This water jar is coil-built and amazingly thin-walled!  The entire piece is fully stone polished.  The jar has a fluted rim. On the shoulder are four etched flute players along with a step design.  The step designs are either polished or incised with lines.  The jar was traditionally fired a brown coloration.  The jar is signed, “Dolly Naranjo” on the bottom.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
