$ 250.00

Flora Naranjo began making pottery in the 1930s and was amazingly creative in form and designs.  In the 1980s she made pieces in collaboration with her daughter Glenda Naranjo (b. 1953).  This bowl is coil-built with a flat top and carved designs.  There is a round sun design separated by a mesa pattern carved into the clay.  The entire piece is fully polished and fired a deep black.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.  It is signed, “Flora & Glenda Naranjo” on the bottom in the clay.
