This a round jar by Geri Naranjo.  It has a round shoulder and a short neck.  The entire surface is fully polished and the rim is two-toned sienna after the firing.  The top of the shoulder has an avanyu as the design.  ARound the sides are feathers carved in a horizontal manner.  Note how tightly all the designs are etched into the clay! The jar is polished to a glassy black and traditionally fired. It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Geri Naranjo”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
