Geri Naranjo is known for her intricately incised miniature pottery.  This miniature water jar is fully polished.  Around the shoulder, she has etched a complicated avanyu (water serpent) design.   Note how the body of the avanyu is made up of water, rain, and lightning designs!  Around the neck are etched cloud patterns.  Geri has won numerous awards for her miniatures over the course of her career.  The piece is signed on the bottom, “Geri Naranjo”.  it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
