Gracie Naranjo (1938-2002) was married to Edward Naranjo, a son of Christina Naranjo.  She was known for her highly polished pottery.  This is a miniature melon bowl with eight ribs.  The entire piece is fully polished and fired a glassy black.  It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Gracie Naranjo”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
