Thomas Natseway is one of the most renowned miniaturists in Pueblo pottery. Rarely does he make a piece that is over 1″ tall or wide! This is one of those amazing pieces in both design and form that makes one realize why he is so well-recognized for miniatures. The jar has painted flowers. One flower extends up to the rim. It is paitned on both sides. The lid is a sculpted hummingbird at the flower. A very charming piece! It is detailed and precise. The jar is signed, “Thomas Natseway”. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
