Thomas Natseway is one of the most renowned miniaturists in Pueblo pottery.  Rarely does he make a piece that is over 1″ tall or wide!  This small canteen is painted in a Hopi-Tewa style.  There is a Katsina figure on the front with the nose extended out from the surface. The designs encompass most of the front of the piece. The detail is exceptional for the size.  It is signed on the bottom, “Thomas Natseway”.
