Thomas Natseway is one of the most renowned miniaturists in Pueblo pottery.  Rarely does he make a piece that is over 1″ tall or wide!  This is one of those amazing pieces in both design and form that makes one realize why he is so well-recognized for miniatures. The jar is rectangle in shape, with angular sides.  One side is painted black-and-white with cloud, rain, and snow designs. The opposite side has classic Acoma rain and flower patterns.  The flower pattern in the center is repeated as the carved design for the lid. The jar is signed, “Thomas Natseway”.
