Thomas Natseway is one of the most renowned miniaturists in Pueblo pottery.  Rarely does he make a piece that is over 1″ tall or wide!  This is one of those amazing pieces in both design and form that makes one realize why he is so well recognized for miniatures. The piece is a seedpot with a flat top. The piece is slipped a mottled red.  The top has a polychrome butterfly as the design.  There are red, yellow, brown, and white clay slips for the butterfly wings and antennae.  The piece is signed, “Thomas Natseway”.
