Fawn Garcia Navasie (b. 1959) is also known as “Little Fawn”.  She is a daughter of Eunice “Fawn” Navasie and a sister of Dawn and Dolly Navasie.  This seedpot is coil built and stone polished.  It has the classic wide shoulder and sloping neck of a Sikyatki vessel.  The design is an eagle tail pattern that extends down from the rim to the shoulder.  The designs are painted with bee-wee for the black.  The piece is traditionally fired with elegant blushes to the surface.   It is signed on the bottom, “Fawn”.   It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
