Grace Navasie is a daughter of noted potter Joy “Frogwoman” Navasie. This jar has a round shoulder and a short neck.  The jar is painted with bird and geometric designs.  It is painted with bee-weed (black) and red clay slip which is polished in some areas. The bowl is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.  It is signed on the bottom in the clay with the Frog Hallmark and a “G” for Grace.
