Ruby Panana began making pottery in 1983.  She is a granddaughter of Joe and Ascenicona Galvan Pino and a daughter of Seferina Bell.  Her sisters Eleanor Griego and Reyes Pino are also potters.  This small jar has a high shoulder and a short neck.  It has birds on each side and they are separated by elongated cloud patterns. The red and brown areas are stone polished.  The bowl is signed on the bottom, “Ruby Panana”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
